It all started on nov 16th when I went out bow hunting and noticed a few nice bucks
coming out of the far corner, so that night I climbed down and moved my stand in the
dark with very little light and no tools, what a pain, but I managed to get it in the
tree good enough for the night, so the following day which was nov. 17th I got off
work early that day and headed out to my stand. Before climbing into my stand I put
some doe in heat on a corn stalk about 15yds from my stand and only about 5 yards
where I saw the bucks entering the field the previous day. Well after tweaking the
stand and gettn set up it was only minutes before this buck pops out and with the
wind in my face and the scent wick in his he stops with a very nice quartering away
shot, so I carefully and very quitly drew my bow back I then let the carbon fly,
smack I caught him through just about everything and he ran about 40yds and dropped
dead in his tracks. Well thats my story and I hope you enjoyed reading it because I
